Bats are of great ecological importance, mainly in pollinating flowers and spreading seeds, bats also reduce insect pests, reducing the need for pesticides.
In many cultures, bats are associated with darkness, malevolence, witchcraft, vampires and death.
I just find them endlessly fascinating and wonderful.
This bat is for on the wall, on the back there is a 1 cm hole for over a screw or nail.
Echo is handmade from paper pulp and finished with acrylic paint.
He is about 13 cm tall (including the ears) and 25 cm wide (including the wings).
The body is 10 cm in diameter.
Echo will be carefully wrapped and packaged before he will be shipped off.
